Returns Policy
You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery if there is any issue with the product. We do not refund shipping costs unless there is an error on our end.
We can not be responsible for user error. Please make sure you know the specs of the items when applying to any medium. User instructions for each product can be found on our website.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
If we receive your order Monday-Friday by 3:00pm, it will ship the same day. If we receive your order after 3:00 pm Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship Monday. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Service or UPS Ground. If expedited shipping is needed please contact us at craftadhesiveproducts@gmail.com to discuss.
We offer flat shipping rates within the United States. The cost is $6.50 for under $75.00.
Any order over $75.00 ships for free within the continental United States. Please contact us for shipping quotes if you are located outside of the continental United States.
